The boys' soccer team competed against the Lawrence North Wildcats in the IHSAA Regional Semi-final and advanced with a 1-0 victory. The game saw the two teams locked in a scoreless draw throughout the first half and deep into the second half. With just under three minutes of play in regulation time, senior Quinn Wu played a through ball to senior Troy Enslin, who was able to get on the end of it and slip the ball under the LN goalkeeper to break the deadlock, giving the Greyhounds a 1-0 lead. The #3 Hounds played out the final two minutes, giving them the 1-0 win. Junior Gray Morgan recorded the shutout in goal. The Greyhounds play #1 Brownsburg on Saturday, October 18, at Murray Stadium, with a 2:00 pm scheduled kickoff. The win moves the team's season record to 15-1-3.
