The boys swimming & diving state championship is the 205th overall team title and 185th IHSAA team title. Carmel now has 5 state championships during the 2025-2026 school year, which is the 16th time the Greyhounds have won 5 or more IHSAA titles in a school year.

The 408 points are the 4th Most in State Meet history. It is also the third straight year the Hounds have scored over 400 points.
