2025 Boys Soccer Summer Weight Training (Grades 10-12 only)

2025 Summer Weight Training (Grades 10-12 only) All returning high school student-athletes entering grades 10-12 interested in trying out for the boys soccer program are invited to participate in the 2025 summer speed, strength, and agility training sessions. The training sessions will begin on Monday, June 2nd, and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Participation in these sessions is optional. The following summer dates are moratorium days, where NO weight training or open field activities will be held: Monday, June 19; Tuesday, June 24; Thursday, June 26; (The week of) Monday, June 30 - Sunday, July 6; Monday, July 14; Thursday, July 24 To participate in this or any other organized activity, an account MUST be created and the status MUST show “Completed” in Register My Athlete (RMA). All proper paperwork MUST be submitted and uploaded to that RMA account. Student-Athletes cannot compete or participate in training sessions until their RMA account status shows complete. Student-athletes MUST wear Carmel High School gear, a blue or gold t-shirt. NO CLUB GEAR! They will also need to wear or bring proper footwear (both soccer and running shoes). All sessions will start with speed training on Murray Stadium (soccer shoes) and finish in the weight room (running/flat shoes).
