It was a wild and windy night at Franklin Central, but our girls showed up and competed well! It was a very good night for the Greyhounds. Sadie Foley was the meet runner-up, followed by her teammmate Larkin Taylor in 3rd. Annabel Pollert finished 8th, in what was a stacked mile field. You can find complete results below. 4x800m Relay Our 4x800m relay placed 3rd with a time of 10:10.85. Olivia Cebalo (2:19.78), Arden Finley (2:34.42), Maddie Cox (2:38.20) and Ronni Strzynski (2:38.28). This by far was the windiest point of the night. It just got more and more windy as the actaul 4x800m went on! HEAT 2 Margo Halle placed 10th (63rd overall), 5:27.38 full mile (5:25.48 1600m conversion). HEAT 3 Kaitlyn Oshimura placed 2nd (16th overall), 5:10.96 full mile (5:09.26 1600m conversion). HEAT 4 Olivia Mundt placed 7th (33rd overall), 5:18.17 full mile (5:16.25 1600m conversion). Ella Gaddis placed 20th (66th overall), 5:28.28 full mile (5:26.30 1600m conversion). Note* Ella got clipped from behind and took a nasty spill, got scrapped up and had some cuts. She got up and kept going… great job by her to recover and keep going! Very tough! HEAT 5 Sadie Foley placed 2nd (2nd overall), 4:57.51 full mile (4:55.94 1600m conversion). Larkin Taylor placed 3rd (3rd overall), 4:57.96 full mille (4:56.39 1600m conversion). Annabel Pollert placed 8th (8th overall), 5:02.42 full mile (5:00.57 1600m conversion).
