All Athletes must complete registration in "Register an Athlete" on the CHS Athletics site before participating in any summer activities or tryouts. This app will open for the 2024/2025 school year about April 1, 2024. All Summer activities are voluntary. Activities in order of importance: 1.)Summer Tournament 2.) Team Camp 3.) Open Facilities 4.) Strength and Conditioning. Moratorium Weeks: June 2-9 and July 1-7. No CHS soccer activities. Summer Tournament: July 26-27, DeWayne Akin Summer Showcase, All returning and new girls' soccer players (includes rising freshmen) will be placed on a CHS team and will have the opportunity to play against other high school teams in this event. Team Camp: July 22 through 25, team camp will be at Murray Stadium from 5 to 9 PM all four days. Open Facilities: Tuesdays June 11, 18, 25, July 9, 16. At either Murray Stadium or the upper football practice fields 6-9 PM. Strength and Conditioning: Mondays and Wednesdays June 10,12, 17, 19, 24, 26, July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24. At Murray Stadium and the CHS Weight room 12 to 1:30 PM. Mandatory Tryouts Schedule: Tryouts: August 5, 6, 7 at River Road Athletic Fields 4:30 to 8 PM. Teams announced Wednesday evening. Training: August 8, 9, 10 at River Road Athletics Fields, 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Thursday and Friday, 9 to 11 am on Saturday. Carmel Girls Soccer will host a youth camp for all rising 5th grade through rising 8th grade girls on July 22 through July 25 at Murray Stadium. Sessions will be from 2-4:30 pm. Sign up is under camps and clinics elsewhere on the Athletics website.
