The boys' soccer team dropped a tight 2-1 road match decision against Columbus North. After Columbus North opened the scoring to take a 1-0 lead, the Greyhounds answered back. Sophomore Jax Robey netted the equalizer off an assist from senior Landon Carlin, tying it at 1-1. Columbus North responded before the break, scoring to regain a 2-1 advantage heading into halftime. The Hounds pushed hard in the second half, controlling play and creating numerous scoring opportunities, but were unable to find the finishing touch to capitalize. The team returns to action on Tuesday night when they host North Central for a MIC Conference match. Kickoff is set for 7:30 PM in just their second home game of the season.
