Carmel Volleyball was back at home on Thursday night hosting the visiting Plainfield Quakers during the annual PINK OUT night were funds are raised for breast cancer research and those affected by it. The match was marked by intense long rallies, frequent lead changes, and an electrifying display of high energy from both competing teams. Plainfield managed to secure the first two sets with scores of 23-25 and 19-25. However, Carmel rallied back in the third set, claiming victory with a score of 25-19. The fourth set proved to be another closely contested battle, with Plainfield ultimately emerging triumphant with a score of 23-25. The entire match was a testament to the competitive spirit and prowess of both teams. The night was also a large success with the amount of money raised for a great cause.
