Recktenwall (13 faceoff wins) and Quigley set the tone on the draw and combined for 14 ground balls. Fedorcha, Cottrell, Huber and Odle kept the ball out of the defensive zone, sustaining pressure that led to 23 goals. Bardwell and Warren paced the attack with six goals each; Stitle and Shrift added nine combined, while McCord and Jack Stitle also scored.
